I gave myself the challenge to sample and flip my lead single, "The Power of Same" ft. Muhsinah, James Poyser and Stro Elliot (of The Roots) from my album, For My Sanity BEFORE it was released and fans heard the original song. Not only did I decide to chop the sample twice, but with two different styles of hip hop production.
Has this been done before??
